2. Object
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.madeira-natura-diy.com and the buying and selling of products through the Madeira Natura DIY online store.
By placing an order, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms and Conditions.
3. Products and Prices
The products shown are intended for joinery and carpentry, including hand tools and accessories.
All prices shown:
- They are in euros (€)
- Includes VAT at the applicable legal rate.
- Shipping costs are not included and are shown before order completion.
Madeira Natura DIY reserves the right to change prices and availability without prior notice.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders are placed exclusively through the website.
The available payment methods are shown at checkout and include, among others, PayPal and other duly authorized electronic payment methods.
The order will only be processed after payment confirmation.
5. Shipments
Orders are shipped to the territory available at checkout at the time of purchase.
Shipments are made manually through carriers chosen by Madeira Natura DIY.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary for reasons beyond the store's control.
6. Right of Free Resolution
Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the consumer has 14 days to terminate the contract without having to give a reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must communicate their decision by email to madeiranaturadiy@gmail.com. .
The products must be returned:
- In perfect condition
- No signs of use.
- In the original packaging
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the defect or error is attributable to the store.
7. Responsibility
Madeira Natura DIY is not responsible for:
- Delays attributable to carriers
- Improper use of the products
- Damages resulting from force majeure
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights legally granted to the consumer.
8. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and is detailed in the Privacy Policy available on the website.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law .
In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to an alternative dispute resolution entity or to the competent Portuguese courts.
10. Complaints Book
The customer can access the Electronic Complaints Book through the link provided in the website footer, in accordance with the law.
