Shipping Policy – ​​Madeira Natura DIY

This Shipping Policy sets out the terms, methods and conditions applicable to shipping orders placed through the Madeira Natura DIY website.

The Madeira Natura DIY website is owned by Nelson Martins Ventura, with its registered office at Rua dos Crastos, Sra. da Rocha, Vivenda Ventura, 8400-454 Porches, Portugal.

By making a purchase on the website, the customer accepts the conditions described below.

Peninsular Spain

If you wish to have it shipped to a different destination, please contact us beforehand via email: madeiranaturadiy@gmail.com

  1. Transportation company

Orders are mainly shipped via CTT – Correios de Portugal (Portuguese postal service).

In specific situations, particularly due to the volume, weight, or characteristics of the shipment, another suitable carrier may be used.

  1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of higher order volume or exceptional circumstances, delivery times may be slightly delayed.

  1. Estimated Delivery Time

After the expedition:

– Mainland Portugal: 1 to 3 business days
– Peninsular Spain: 3 to 7 business days

The delivery times indicated are estimates and depend exclusively on the carrier; they are not guaranteed.

In any case, the maximum delivery time will not exceed 30 days, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the destination and weight of the order.

The final price will be shown to the customer before purchase confirmation.

Madeira Natura DIY reserves the right to contact the customer if it is necessary to adjust the shipping cost in exceptional situations (e.g., large volume or heavy orders).

  1. Order Tracking

Whenever applicable, a tracking number will be provided after the order has been shipped, allowing you to track it through the carrier's website.

  1. Responsibility for the Residence

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that:

The delivery address is correct and complete.
Is there someone available to receive the package?

Madeira Natura DIY is not responsible for delays or returns resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  1. Orders Not Delivered or Returned

If an order is returned to Madeira Natura DIY because:

– Absence of the recipient;
– Incorrect or incomplete address;
– Failure to pick up within the timeframe specified by the carrier;

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  1. Damaged or Lost Orders

If the order shows visible signs of damage at the time of delivery, the customer should, whenever possible, report this situation to the carrier.

If the order arrives damaged or showing signs of improper packaging, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt, sending photos of the packaging and the product to: madeiranaturadiy@gmail.com

After analyzing the situation, Madeira Natura DIY will replace the item, provide a refund, or offer another appropriate solution, as applicable.

  1. Right of Free Resolution

Under current legislation, the customer has 14 days after receiving the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without needing to state a reason, as detailed in the Refund Policy.
