Refund policy
Right of Free Resolution
Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014 , the consumer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to cancel the contract, without needing to give a reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must communicate their decision by email to madeiranaturadiy@gmail.com. .
Return Conditions
The products must be returned:
- In good condition
- No signs of use.
- In the original packaging
- With proof of purchase
Refunds
After receiving and verifying the returned product, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within the legal timeframe.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defects or errors attributable to Madeira Natura DIY.
Defective or Incorrect Products
In case of a defective product or an error in the order, the customer should contact us via email at madeiranaturadiy@gmail.com. to resolve the situation.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned or which have been used in a manner incompatible with their verification.
