Curved Diamond Sharpening Stone for Gouges – Faithfull
Description
Curved diamond sharpening stone, specially designed for sharpening woodturning tools and carving gouges.
The curved diamond surface allows sharpening of both concave and convex surfaces, making it particularly suitable for tools with curved profiles. The stone has an approximate radius of 3 mm at the smaller end, gradually increasing to about 28 mm at the larger end, allowing for work on different blade profiles.
The double-sided steel sharpening stone is coated with monocrystalline diamond in two grit sizes: 600 (medium), ideal for restoring worn cutting edges, and 1200 (fine), suitable for finishing and final sharpening.
It can be used dry or with water as a lubricant; oil is not necessary.
Suitable for sharpening carving gouges, turning tools, and other cutting tools with curved profiles.
