Kirschen Closed Barrel Scraper with Wooden Handle Ø75 mm

Description

Curved scraper for closed construction, equipped with a wooden handle , designed for excavation work and controlled removal of wood , especially in deep cavities or hard-to-reach areas.

This tool is particularly suitable for wood excavation work , allowing you to work in locations where other tools cannot reach due to depth or limited space.

Like other tools of this type, it should be used by pulling the blade towards the user , never pushing it. If the blade gets stuck in the wood, it should be removed by pulling it back along the cut .

The blade has an approximate thickness of 4 to 4.5 mm at the base of the bevel , ensuring robustness during use. The factory sharpening angle is 25° , suitable for soft to medium wood. For harder woods or more demanding work, the angle can be adjusted up to 35° .

The closed shape and approximate diameter of 75 mm make this tool particularly effective for deep excavation work and narrow cavities .

Made in Germany.
