12″ Curved Bow Saw – Lynx (Turning Saw)
Description
A traditional bow saw designed for curved cuts and cutouts in wood , especially useful in joinery, carpentry, and modeling.
This type of saw is based on traditional frame saws , using an H- shaped wooden frame that keeps the blade under tension. The tension is adjusted via a twisted cord , allowing you to keep the blade steady during cutting.
The frame is made of beechwood , with a central mortise and tenon joint, ensuring good overall rigidity. The blade is secured by pins in grooved brass fittings , mounted on turned beechwood handles , allowing adjustment of the blade's orientation during use.
The blade is 12″ long and comes pre -assembled and ready to use .
Traditional tool ideal for curved cuts, trimming and precision work in wood .
