Traditional Hand Saw – Lynx (Handsaw)
Description
Traditional hand saw designed for general carpentry and joinery work , suitable for both DIY enthusiasts and carpenters.
Made in Sheffield, England , this Lynx series saw follows the tradition of the historic brand E. Garlick & Son , founded in 1858.
The blade is made of alloy spring steel and features a tapered ground , which reduces friction during cutting and improves performance. The saw has a straight tooth line and a skew back profile , typical characteristics of traditional hand saws.
The handle is made of dyed steam-treated beechwood , secured with brass-plated screws , providing a comfortable and secure grip during work.
These saws are available with different tooth shapes (TPI) , allowing you to choose the most suitable tool for the type of cut you want.
Supplied in individual wallet-type packaging .
Note on the type of toothing
